EggTech commenced business in 2004 and specialises in liquid egg products.
The plant is one of a few manufacturers that can offer liquid and frozen liquid (whole, yolk and albumen) egg products from one single facility which sees the eggs broken, pasteurized, frozen, packaged and distributed around South Africa.
The facility is accredited for food safety and is highly automated to the extent where once the egg has started the pasteurising process no handling of the product is done until after it is bottled.
